Code Fundi provides tools to index, search, chat with, and otherwise process software repositories and related content you choose to connect or upload. Features may change over time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services with reasonable notice where practicable.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display your content solely to provide, secure, and improve the Services and as described in our Privacy Policy. Paid plans, usage limits, and taxes are described at checkout or in your order. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
The Services, including software, branding, and documentation, are owned by Code Fundi or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted, these Terms reserve all rights.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUTS FROM AI FEATURES WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CODE FUNDI AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES IN ANY TWELVE-MONTH PERIOD IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THAT PERIOD OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
You will defend and indemnify Code Fundi and its affiliates, officers, and employees from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of the Services, or your breach of these Terms.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or risk to the Services or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of Code Fundi's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date. Material changes may require additional notice as required by law.
